Refunds

We offer refunds only within two (2) days of delivery and only if the item is in its original, delivered condition.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, delivered condition.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Giza and Cairo: within 3 to 5 days
  • Alexandria: within 4 to 6 days
  • Other locations: Please contact customer service for estimated delivery times.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
